摘要
随着我国大秦线重载运输水平的不断提升,重载车辆安全成为重中之重,红外线轴温探测系统(THDS)在防范车辆热轴、保障运输安全中起到了重要的作用。文章以研究滚动轴承运转热规律为切入点,在大量的车辆轴承温度数据分析的基础上,建立了科学的热轴预报模式,通过技术创新实现了大秦线重载运输模式下高效的安全监控体系。
With the continuous improvement of the heavy haul transport level on Daqin Line in our country,the safety of heavy haul vehicles has become the most important point,and the infrared hot box detection system(THDS) has played an important role in prevention of hot box and ensuring the transport safety.This paper begins with the research on regular heat pattern in operation of rolling bearings,on the basis of large data analysis on vehicle bearings temperature,the scientific hot box prediction mode is established,through technical innovation,the efficient safety supervision system in heavy haul transportation on Daqin Line is realized.
