摘要
选择不同培养基对大别山野生＂扒皮菇＂菌种进行分离与栽培试验研究。结果表明,PDA培养基可以作为野生扒皮菇母种培养基,母种菌丝长势较好,长速较快。以小麦培养基作为栽培种培养基菌丝生长最好,棉籽壳培养基次之,玉米芯培养基最差。3种培养基在温度20~30℃,昼夜平均温差14℃,pH值4~4.5,空气相对湿度85%~95%条件下,均未有子实体的出现。
Study of bacteria isolation and cultivation conditions of dabie mountain wild mushroom by choices of different media.The results show that the PDA medium can be used as the wild mushroom mother culture media,the mycelium growing well,the Long-speed is fast,used the wheat cultivars medium as the medium for mycelial growth is best,medium followed by cottonseed hull,the corncob medium is worst.There is no appearance of fruiting bodies used these kinds of culture medium at the conditions of temperature 20-30℃,average temperature 14℃ of day and night,pH 4-4.5,85%-95% relative humidity.
