摘要
根据上海市城市总体规划要求和上海郊区自然村现状分布及存在的问题,提出了建设中心村的必要性及中心村的定位、规模和建设标准,并对中心村建设中的问题进行了探讨。
In accordance with the requirement of Shanghai general municipal planning and the distribition of natural villages in suburbs as well as some problems-existed, the paper puts forward the necissity, positioning, scale and standard of central village construction, and probes into some problems existed in the construction of central villages.
