本文讨论了影响LDPE挤出发泡工艺特性的主要参数。这些主要工艺参数包括:发泡剂和成核剂的用量、挤出压力、口模的温度和几何形状等。通过最佳配方和挤出工艺可生产出高性能的LDPE泡沫管材。
Effects of processing parameters on LDPE foam extrusion characteristics were discussed. These processing parameters included: concentration of blowing agent and nucleating agent, extrusion pressure, temperature and geometry of the extrusion die. High-quality LDPE foam pipe might be manufactured by controlling optimum formulation and foam-extrusion process.
