摘要 本文详细叙述了采用物理机械共混法制备高流动,耐溶剂的聚碳酸酯合金材料的方法及其特性和应用。实验结果表明,在聚碳酸酯树脂中加入20~80%特性粘度[η]为0.85~1.0的结晶热塑性聚酯和5~20%增韧剂组成的聚碳酸酯合金材料,与纯聚碳酸酯树脂相比,具有成型温度低(可降低30~40℃),加工流动性好,在1%应变条件下于CCl_4溶剂中浸泡10分钟无开裂现象,缺口冲击强度高等特点,适用于大型薄壁制件或与汽油、增塑剂等介质相接触的注射件,并在电子电器工业上获得初步应用。本文附有材料性能数据及应用实例。 The article describes the preparation, properties and applications of PC alloy with high flow and solvent resistance. The experiment results manifested that PC alloy,compared with pure PC resin,had the characteristics of lower processing temperature (30—40℃ lower), good processing flowability, high notched impact strength and no crack occurrence if exposed to CCl_4 solvent agent at 1% strain conditions for 10 minutes,when it comprised 20—80% crystalline thermoplastic polyester with intrinsic viscosity [η_r]>0. 85 and 5~20% impact modifiers etc. The alloy was suggested suitable for applications of big thin wall parts or injected mouldings to be contacted with mediums such as gasoline and plasticizers. It has been preliminarily applied to electric and electronic industry.
