摘要
介绍了碱化过程对含酚、醛废水处理的影响.通过对含酚、醛废水预处理,在游离酚、醛、COD降低的条件下,再进行碱化处理.在碱化处理之后,使废水中游离酚、醛、COD进一步降解,进而达到生化处理要求、适合微生物生长需要,最终满足国家排放标准.
The paper presents the influence of alkalizaton process to the synthesis of phenolic resin industrial wastewater treatment technologies.With the pretreatment to phenolic resin synthetic industrial wastewater and under the conditions of free phenol,free formaldehyde and lower COD in wastewater recycling,alkalization is adopted for further synthetic resin.Then the free phenol,free formaldehyde and COD are lowered to meet the needs of microbe growth and national emission standards.
