摘要
针对历节病正虚邪实、虚实夹杂、脾虚湿盛、痰瘀互结的病机特点，韩明向教授以扶正祛邪、标本兼治为基本原则，拟定了益气养血、健脾和胃、利湿化痰、祛瘀通络的治疗方法，在临床取得显著疗效。
This article sums up the learning experience of Prof.Han Mingxiang in treating Lijie disease.With long time clinical practice and through careful study and conscientious analysis,Prof.Han considers that the radical pathogenesis of this disease is due to asthenia of both spleen and stomach;insufficiency of vital energy and blood;accumulation of phlegm wetness in the body and obstruction of collaterals by blood stasis.In accordance with all these pathogeneses,Prof.Han treats this disease with supporting healthy energy to eliminate evils and relieving the primary and secondary symptoms at the same time as its radical principle,he also draws up therapeutic methods as follows:supporting the healthy energy benefiting vital energy and nourishing blood,invigorating the spleen and regulating stomach energy,eliminating phlegm and promoting diuresis to eliminate wetness evil,relieving the secondary symptom in acute case,promoting blood circulation.With his clinical experience,Prof.Han achieved notable curative effect.
