摘要
以某厂煤气化工程磨煤及干燥单元布袋除尘器的防爆实例为研究背景,针对目前绝大多数布袋除尘器选用的一般普通型防爆门存在泄爆后无法将泄爆物引至安全地方,还可能引起煤粉二次爆炸等问题,提出选用一种超导自动启闭系列防爆门解决这一问题。
By taking the explosion-proof case of bag filter in coal milling and drying unit of Yueyang Sinopec-Shell Coal Gasification Project as a backgroung for the study and in view of most bag filters now equipped with explosion-proof door of a general popular type resulting in exploded material not being routed to a safe place after excplosion vent and possibly leading to a second explosion,an expolosion-proof door of superconducting automatic open/close series was recommanded to solve aforsaid problem.
