摘要
为探讨高场强磁共振成像在胰腺检查中的价值，对 ２０ 例腺胰正常者和 ２５ 例胰腺病变者进行了多种快速 Ｍ Ｒ 成像序列检查，并评价了各序列对正常胰腺的显示情况，对胰腺病变显示的敏感性，诊断正确率以及对恶性肿瘤可手术性的判断能力。结果表明，高场强磁共振成像可清楚显示正常胰腺的境界，胰腺与周围结构的分界以及胰周血管等，其满意率为 １００％ 。高场强磁共振成像对病理胰腺的敏感性率为１００％ （２５／２５），诊断准确率为 ９６％ （２４／２５）。对恶性肿瘤侵犯范围的评价与手术所见有较高的符合率，表明高场强磁共振成像在胰腺检查中有很高的应用价值。
To evaluate the diagnostic value of high field strenghth magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in pancreas, Multiple fast imaging sequences were performed on 20 normal and 25 abnormal pancreases. The appearance of normal pancreas, the sensitivity and accuracy for pancreatic diseases, and the ability to assess the resectabilty of malignant tumors were evaluated in every sequence. The results showed that high field strenghth MRI clearly display the normal pancreas, the boundary between pancreas and surrounding structures,and the peripancreatic vascularities. The satisfactory rate for normal pancreas was 100%, the sensitivity and accuracy for pathologic pancreas was 100%(25/25) and 96% (24/25) respectively. Agreement between the results of preoperative evaluation for the invasion scope of the malignant tumors and surgery was excellent. It is suggested that high field strenghth MRI is very valuable in pancreas.
