摘要
物流仿真技术是发现炼钢连铸工程的物流瓶颈和系统关键路径,分析其生产调度策略的合理性,并实现生产过程的可视化演示的重要手段。首先介绍了炼钢连铸工程生产物流和调度系统研究现状。然后指明了应用Flexsim研究该问题的目的,并重点介绍了系统开发过程中的多项关键技术,如协同任务序列、多吊车的冲突处理方法以及兑铁和加废钢等多种动画效果的实现方法等。最后给出了一个炼钢连铸工程物流仿真系统的应用实例。
Logistics simulation technology is an important means for discovery of logistics bottlenecks and critical path,and for the analysis of scheduling strategy,and visualization of production process in steelmaking and continuous casting plant.The current status of steelmaking and continuous casting logistics and schedule system are presented.And the goals of research on this hot issue based on the new simulation software,named Flexsim,are introduced.Furthermore,great emphases are put on the key technologies in system developing process,e.g.coordinated task sequences,collision handling of multi-cranes,and realization methods of several types of animation effect.Finally,a sample has been given to demonstrate the logistics simulation system in steelmaking and continuous casting plant.
