中央新疆工作座谈会作出了推进新疆跨越式发展和长治久安的重大决策部署,为贯彻落实好会议精神,我们要进一步解放思想,更新观念;大力培育自我发展能力;着力保障和改善民生,努力提高城乡居民收入;加快转变经济发展方式,提高经济增长质量和效益;高度重视生态环境建设,努力构建资源节约型、环境友好型社会;加快实施科教兴新和人才强区战略,扩大新疆对内对外开放。
The Forum of C.P.C Central Committee on Xinjiang Work has made a major decision in a bid to help boost Xinjiang＇s striding progress and maintain long-term stability and social order. In order to implement the spirit of the meeting, we need to further emancipate idea and update concept; cultivate self-development capability; secure and improve the well-being of people as a focus, raise the urban and rural residents＂ income; accelerate the transformation of economic-development mode to raise economic growth and efficiency; stress eco-environment construction and strive for the construction of resource efficiency and environment- friendly community; speed up the drive of revitalizing Xinjiang through science and technology and enlarge Xinjiang＇s opening to the outside world.
