三种油橄榄叶片中黄酮含量的季节动态变化研究 被引量:7

摘要 通过对三种油橄榄叶片中黄酮含量的测定,确定了三种油橄榄叶片中黄酮含量的季节动态变化规律。以芦丁标准品为对照,建立油橄榄叶片中黄酮含量的测定方法,研究不同季节和不同的叶片生长部位对油橄榄叶片中黄酮含量的影响。结果表明,三种油橄榄叶片中黄酮含量从3~12月都呈现先下降后上升的趋势,叶片最佳利用时期是在9~12月,其黄酮含量具有明显的季节性变化特点,同时这些季节性变化也与叶片在树体上的具体位置有关。 The season-dynamic variation based on the contents of flavonoids in three kinds of olive leafs was studied The analytical method was established for flavonoids with rutin as contrast,and the difference of the contents of flavonoids was studied for different seasons and leaf positions.The results showed that the contents of flavonoids in three kinds of olive leafs demonstrated the tendency of decreasing first and then increasing from March to December.The best time of acquisition was from September to December considering flavonoids contents'feature of seasonal variation,and this seasonal change was also related with the different leaf position.
