摘要
就冲击载荷、温度和燃烧气氛对气门摩擦磨损性能的影响及其规律进行了较详细的试验研究表明试件的接触疲劳寿命随着载荷的增加而降低;温度超过650℃高温时,对21-4N材料磨损的影响比较敏感;有燃烧气氛影响时磨损的下沉量为无燃烧气氛影响的1.334倍图4。
This paper makes the experimental study on the characteristic of tribology and wear laws of the load and the temperature and the atmosphere corrosion to the engine valve seat. The research results reveal: when the load increases, the life of the contact surface of the valve seat drops; when temperature exceeds 650℃,the wear of valve seat speeds up; when atmosphere corrosion exists, the wear of valve seat is 1.334 times as much as it does not. 4figs.,6refs.
