摘要
作为拉动上下游20多个产业、堪称高能耗高排放大户的房地产业,在当今全球性的"低碳"热潮中必然被寄予低碳厚望。从解读低碳经济及低碳地产着手,阐述地产低碳的现实困境和发展低碳地产的现实需要,并提出当前大力发展低碳地产的对策建议。
As a real estate industry which promotes more than 20 upstream and downstream industries, called high energy consumption and high discharge, facing today＇s global tide of low carbon, certainly it was highly expected. Starting from interpreting low carbon economy and real estate, presenting the realistic dilemma of low carbon real estate and the reality needs of its development are presented, and the pertinent suggestions about recently strive to develop low carbon real estate are given.
