摘要
基于农耕生活和宗法制度基础之上的传统文化和传统道德在促进经济发展、维护社会稳定、增强民族凝聚力等方面都曾经起过积极的作用,但传统文化中的不良因素也给当下道德建设带来了严重危害。这种危害主要体现在"关系"文化损害了公平、正义;小农意识导致各种违背公序良俗的行为肆意泛滥;官本位意识严重阻碍社会的健康发展;等级观念压制人的创造激情等。只有祛除传统道德中的这些不良因素,才能使人们逐步养成与现代社会相适应的道德习惯。
Based on agricultural economy, germinal traditional culture and traditional morals have played a positive role in promoting economic development, maintained social stability and enhanced national cohesion. But the culture of relations damages justice. Consciousness of peasants leads to flooding violation of order and the thrill of creative effort. Ranking of notion seriously hindered the progress of the society. Rating suppresses the passion of creativity. By abandoning these unhealthy ingredients in traditional culture, we can foster morality of modern society.
