摘要
本实验应用电子计算机实时测定豚鼠心室肌动作电位,观察和分析高频刺激与河豚毒素对启动阻滞的影响。与1Hz 相比,5Hz 刺激可使启动阶段的心肌动作电位幅度、超射和最大除极速率抑制加强,心肌动作电位的频率依赖性阻滞值明显增加,反映最大除极速率动态变化的幂函数曲线弧度加大。河豚毒素可加强高频刺激时最大除极速率的启动阻滞。
The effects of high frequency stimulation and TTX on onset block were analyzed
by computer in guinea pig ventricular muscles.We observed that the depression of
action potential amplitude,overshoot and V_(max) were more significant at 5Hz than
those at 1Hz.Rate-dependent block of action potential and the radian of power fun-
ction curve of the dynamic change of V(max) were increased greatly at 5 Hz.TTX en-
hanced the onset block of V(max).
