^(60)Coγ射线照射离体人血诱发淋巴细胞微核率与剂量之间的关系

The Relationship between Doses and Micronucleus Frequencles of Human Lymphocytes Induced by ^(60)Co γ-ray In Vitro

摘要 在以淋巴细胞微核测定法作为辐射生物剂量计的研究中,由于各实验室采用的实验条件不尽相同,有关的微核测定结果有一定的差异。为了提高各实验室微核测定结果的可比性,本文根据以往的研究结果,除了选择合适的培养时间外,还对淋巴细胞的增殖水平加以适当的限定;在此基础上,探讨了^(60)Coγ射线照射离体人血诱发淋巴细胞微核率与剂量之间的关系。结果表明,在0~4Gy^(60)Coγ射线剂量范围内,淋巴细胞微核率Y(%)与剂量D(Gy)之间呈良好的二次曲线关系:Y=2.22D+0.76D^2。 In order to make the results of lymphcyte micronucleus assay from different labo- ratories more comparable,on the bases of our past experimental results,we have studied the relationship between doses and micronucleus frequencies of human lym- phocytes induced by ^(60)Co γ-ray in vitro with a suitable incubation time and an appro- priate lymphocyte proliferation level.The result shows that the relationship between dose and micronucleus frequency in lymphocytes well fits the model of (?)=aD+βD^2.
