摘要
锌是人体必需微量元素。发锌的含量可用于衡量人体内锌的多寡和锌的营养状况的标志之一。目前锌常用测定方法有原子吸收法、等离子发射光谱法。
The new method of synthesis of the compound(DMTAOx) has been reported.A
purple Zn^(2+)-R-SLS complex compound can be formed this compound in weak acidic me-
dium in the presence of Sodium Lauyl Sulfate(SLS).The optimum conditions for the
determination of Zine in human hair have been investigated.This method is rapid,
sim ple,selective,sensitive.It has been applied successfully to the determination of
traces of Zine in human hair.
