摘要
采用超高效液相色谱—串联质谱法,研究了不同养殖条件下恩诺沙星在中华绒螯蟹体内的残留消除规律。试验结果表明,休药25 d后,各组试验蟹体内恩诺沙星的残留均低于日本规定的残留限量标准(10μg/kg),太湖开放型水域中试验蟹体内恩诺沙星的残留低于仪器的检测限;各组试验蟹体内恩诺沙星残留衰减消除速率总体表现为,室外开放水域中的消除速率快于室内条件;28℃条件下消除速率快于22℃;Ⅴ期幼蟹的衰减消除速率快于扣蟹。
The elimination of enrofloxacin residues was studied in Chineses mitten crab under different culture conditions.The results showed that when withdrawal 25 days,the enrofloxacin residues in Chinese mitten crab among all groups were all lower than current limited standard in Japan(10 μg/kg),and the residue of the group in outdoor open water was below instrument detection limit;under the condition of 28 ℃ the elimination rate was faster than under 22 ℃,and the elimination rate in the fifth stage juveniles was faster than in juvenile crabs,and in outdoor open water was faster than in the indoor.
