摘要
制备一种非甾体类抗炎药物依托度酸的渗透泵控释制剂。通过单因素考察方法,对影响药物释放度的因素进行考察,采用相似因子法进行判断。结果表明,药物层与推动层PEO用量、促渗透剂用量、包衣增重对释放度有显著影响,10 h内有良好的零级释放特征。
To prepare a kind of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug osmotic pump controlled release tablets which contents etodolac.To investigate the influencing factors on the drug release by single factor experiments and similarity factor method.To show the amount of the PEO,osmotic active substances,sodium chloride and the weight of coating film which effect on the release rate of the osmotic pump tablet.The tablet had a good characteristic of zero release in 10 h.
