摘要
以葡萄糖为碳源,以絮状污泥为接种污泥,以序批式污泥反应器为反应装置,考察了重金属离子锌、铜和铅对好氧颗粒污泥的稳定性及去除有机物、氨氮的影响。结果表明,在温度为25℃,pH值为7时,成功实现了好氧颗粒污泥的培养。重金属的加入使得污泥颗粒变小,在重金属离子浓度2~50mg/L范围内,三种金属离子锌、铜和铅对COD的去除率均在90%以上,对氨氮的去除率由最高时的72%降为最低时的51%。三种金属离子的毒性大小顺序为铅〉铜〉锌。
Experiment was done in a sequencing batch reactor(SBR) using glucose as carbon source and floc sludge as seeding sludge.Effects of Zn^2+,Cu^2+,Pb^2+ on the removal of COD,ammonia nitrogen and granule stability were investigated.Results indicated that aerobic granule sludge could be obtained when temperature was 25 ℃ and pH value was 7.The adding of heavy metal could diminish the diameter of granule.Removal of COD could keep above 90%,and removal of NH4^+-N reduced from 72% to 51% within the range of 2-50 mg/L.The toxicity of the ions ranked as Pb^2+,Cu^2+ and Zn^2+.
