摘要
采用中和法对2-氨基吡啶生产废水进行预处理,然后采用NDA-88复合功能吸附树脂固定床工艺对预处理过的废水进行动态吸附和脱附。实验结果表明,NDA-88树脂对2-氨基吡啶的吸附量为150.1 mg/g。每个周期处理废水30 BV(床体积),前12 BV出水COD由2 800 mg/L降至100 mg/L以下,后18 BV出水COD小于1 000 mg/L,COD去除率约76.8%。温度333 K时,以V(2 mol/LNaOH):V(C2H5OH))=1:1为脱附剂,体积5 BV时,脱附率92.5%。
Dynamic adsorption and desorption were conducted for neutralized 2-aminopyridine processing wastewater by the fixed bed packed with NDA-88 resin.Results indicated that the adsorption capacity of 2-aminopyridine on NDA-88 resin was about 150.1 mg/g.30 BV(bed volume)of the wastewater was injected into the fixed bed in each treatment period,effluent COD was reduced from 2,800 mg/L to 100 mg/L in the effluent of the first 12 BV,and in case of the rest 18 BV,effluent COD was decreased from 2,800 mg/L to 1 000 mg/L,with COD removal rate about 76.8%.Desorption was operated under 333 K,with the solution composed by 2 mol/L NaOH and C2H5OH in the volume ratio of 1.The desorption rate reached 92.5% after the treatment with 5 BV of the solution.
