摘要
采用微波加热法制备了纳米Ni0.9V0.1Ox催化剂,并以BET、XRD、H2-TPR、电导测量等技术对催化剂进行表征,研究其对丙烷氧化脱氢制丙烯的催化性能.结果表明,采用微波法制备的Ni0.9V0.1Ox催化剂表现为p-型半导体性质,具有大比表面积和较好的低温催化活性,在375℃时,丙烷转化率为18.27%,丙烯选择性为56.9%.
The Ni0.9V0.1Ox catalysts were prepared by means of the microwave method and characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),BET,H2-TPR and conductivity measurement.Their catalytic performance for the oxidative dehydrogenation of propane to propene has been investigated.Experiments results demonstrated that the Ni0.9V0.1Ox catalysts prepared with microwave heating showed a p-type semiconductor and big specific surface area.Moreover,it was also observed that the high catalytic activity for ODH of propane at low temperature,18.27% conversion of propane and 56.97% selectivity of propene were reached with the catalyst at 375 ℃.
