关节镜下前交叉韧带胫骨髁间棘撕脱骨折内固定的研究进展 被引量：8

摘要 髁间棘是前交叉韧带（anterior cruciate ligament，ACL）下止点的附着部，髁间棘撕脱骨折是造成ACL胫骨止点部损伤的常见原因。随着运动伤和交通伤的不断增多，其发生率呈不断升高趋势，在一般人群每年每十万人均有3人会发生。髁间棘撕脱骨折占整个人群ACL损伤的14％，通常好发于8～12岁儿童，且总是累及胫骨髁间棘的前部，而胫骨髁间棘后部骨折却非常少见。
