摘要
目的对是否中医特色社区卫生服务中心服务成本效果进行比较,为国家有关部门制定相关中医药参与社区卫生服务的政策提供参考依据。方法 2008年调查以中医治疗为主和以西医治疗为主的不同类别的社区卫生服务中心。结果与非中医特色社区卫生服务中心相比,有中医特色社区卫生服务中心的成本效果好。例如:中医特色社区卫生服务中心在住院治疗高血压、糖尿病、脑梗塞、骨折的治疗效果明显好于西医社区卫生服务中心。结论继续加强中医特色社区卫生服务示范区建设。还要加强社区健康管理工作,降低医疗总费用,同时提升社区居民健康水平。
Objective To compare the service cost and effectiveness of the community health service center with or without traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) characteristic,and provide reference for national department concerned in establishing policy on Chinese medicine community service.Methods The surveys were carried in the community health service center with TCM characteristic and western medicine characteristic in 2008.Results The cost-effectiveness ratio in the community health service centers with TCM characteristic was lower as compare to the community health service center without TCM characteristic.The therapeutic efficacy of the hypertension,diabetes mellitus,cerebral infarction and fractures was good but the cost was low.Conclusion We should enhance the construction of the community health service centers with TCM characteristic and the management of community health,decrease the medical treatment cost,and improve the health level of residents.
