摘要
数字信息长期保存是伴随信息数字化、服务网络化的发展而出现的新事物。由于数字档案信息对存储媒体的依赖性、数字档案信息的动态性、技术更新周期的短暂性、数字档案信息的不安全性及数字信息对标准的依赖性,都使得数字档案信息的长期保存与维护遇到了前所未有的问题。文章根据国内外数字档案信息的长期保存研究,针对当前数字档案信息长期保存所面临的主要问题,研究数字档案信息长期保存的方式和方法,旨在为档案部门进行数字档案信息的长期保存工作提供借鉴。
Long-term preservation of digital information is a new thing following the digitalization of information services and network development. The long-term preservation of digital archives and its maintenance are faced with the unprecedented problems owing to its dependence on storage media, the dynamicity of digital file information, the temporality of technology updating cycle, the insecurity of digital file information and the reliance of digital information on the standards. Referring to the domestic and foreign researches on the long-term preservation of digital file information and some major issues about it, the article studies some ways and methods for the long-term preservation of digital file information, aiming to provide useful references for its long-term preservation for the file department.
