阐述了液氯蒸发器设置的目的及依据，蒸发器的内部结构、功能和操作原理；介绍了蒸发器管道系统及电气、仪表控制系统的设计；并提出了设计中注意的问题和建议。
The purpose and reason to adopt liquid chlorine evaporators(LCE)and their structure and function as well are discussed.The design of LCE system,especially the pipeline system,the electrical and instrument control system are introduced in detail,Some points for attention and suggestion are also presented in the paper.
