摘要
探讨了深圳特区雨污合流状况形成的原因，包括规划和建设不协调、污水管网没有统一管理、住宅区排水系统与市政排水系统衔接混乱和污水管道质量问题等。由此提出了一些可行的解决办法，以实现深圳市政府制定的今年年底污水处理率基本达到５０ ％
As a result of the inharmonic coordination in planning and construction of municipal facilities,some problems have been left behind the combined sewer system in Shenzhen special economic zone,Such as theses the lack of uniform administration of sewer network,the disordered connection of courtyard drainage system to municipal sewer mains and the poor quality of sewer lines.In order to realize the panned goal of the municipal government of Shenzhen city,the ratio of sewage treatment will be up to 50% at the end of this year,some recommendations with feasbility are proposed by the authors.
