摘要
孕鼠在怀孕第6—15天,每日一次灌胃给药,于第20天处死,TNT1/10LD_(50)和1/80LD_(50)两剂量组胚胎毒性表现为胎鼠骨骼系统畸形,并有皮下出血;胎鼠肝脏还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量均显著下降,肝氧化型谷胱甘肽(GSSG)含量皆上升;但肝糖元含量无明显变化。
The morphological and biochemical teratogenic actions in rats were investigated. Peroral administration of 1/10 and 1/80 LD50 doses of TNT to Wistar rats, from the 6th through 15th day of gestation, elicited fetal anomalies. Most abnormalities were observed in the skeletal system, and the embryo toxicity appeared as subcutaneous haemorrhage. The GSH content was decreased and GSSG content was increased in fetal liver given 1/10 and 1/80 LD50 doses,but the glycogen content had no significant changes.
