摘要
针对钢筋切断机剪切力的变化及钢筋断裂的过程,利用LS-DYNA对钢筋切断机剪切钢筋的动态过程进行仿真分析。介绍在LS-DYNA中建模、网格划分与加载的过程,以及显示后处理和结果的分析,得出剪切力的大小及其变化趋势,同时得到钢筋断裂的动态过程,通过观察钢筋剪切的断口及应力应变分布云图,分析剪切力的变化情况,得出部分动态特性,进一步验证钢筋切断机剪切钢筋的可靠性。为今后相关的动态研究与分析提供参考,同时也对钢筋切断机的设计生产具有一定的帮助。
For the changes of steel shear force in the process of reinforcement fracture,the dynamic process of shearing reinforced steel bar on reinforced steel cutting machine was simulated based on LS-DYNA.The modeling,meshing and loading process by LS-DYNA,as well as displaying the postprocessing results,are introduced.The shear force and its trends were got,and the dynamic process of reinforcement fracture was obtained.By observing the fracture,shear stress and strain contours,the change of shear force was analyzed and the partial dynamic characteristics was given,which further verified the reliability of the reinforce steel cutter.This article provides references for the related dynamic research and analysis in the future,which is also beneficial to design and production of reinforcing steel cutting machine.
