摘要
剪切散斑干涉法可获得一阶位移导数场,在滤波过程中作第二次剪切可获得二阶位移导数场。本文提出了该法的原理和实验证明,二次剪切法简单方便,条纹质量好,增加了从散斑图获得的信息。
The displacement gradient field of a deformed object can be measured with speckle shearing inteferometry. By secondary shearing in the filtering process we obtain second order derivatives. We Propose the principle and experimental demonstration of the method. The method is very simple, fringe quality is fairly good and the information extracted from a specklegram is increased.
