摘要
简要概述了结构设计的可靠度基础， 分析了结构设计可靠度的影响因素； 在构件目标可靠指标和可变荷载水平两个方面， 初步比较了我国建筑结构设计可靠度水平与美国等国水平的差异；阐明了综合考虑可靠度影响因素的水平， 是比较和调整我国结构设计可靠度的最佳途径。
In this paper, the base of structural design reliability has been stated in general and its influence factors have been analyzed. Based on the two facets—the target reliability of the components and the level of variable actions, the difference of the reliability level between U.S.A and Chinese Code has been compared preliminarily. The viewpoint that the option way to compare and adjust our country structural design reliability is considering the level of influence factors of reliability has been pointed..
