摘要
目的:研究避孕节育手术疼痛评估测量的新方法,以避免或减轻避孕节育手术疼痛及并发症的发生率。方法:选择2007年1月～2010年6月来我院自愿采取避孕节育措施的育龄妇女,根据一、二级测量结果选择相应的防治措施,临床观察600例(A组),回顾性选择598例(B组),对比分析并发症的发生率。结果:A、B两组并发症的总发生率分别为12.7%、59.7%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=2.07,P<0.05)。结论:该方法效果显著,简便易行,避免和减轻了避孕节育手术疼痛,减少了并发症的发生。
Objective： To study the new method of pain assessment of contraception and birth control operation,to avoid and relieve the incidence of the pain and the complication.Methods： The women of childbearing who voluntary taken contraception measures were chose from January 2007 to June 2010 in our hospital.According to a secondary measurement results to choose corresponding prevention measures,clinical observation of 600 cases（group A）,598 cases as group B,the incidence of complications were compared and analyzed.Results： The total incidence of complications respectively in group A and B were 12.7%,59.7%,and the difference was statistically significant（χ2=2.07,P0.05）.Conclusion： The method is very effective and easy,and could avoid and reduce the pain of contraception and birth control operation and occurrence of complications.
