摘要
对乡镇企业铅作业的237名女工和228名男工进行了专题调查,以同地区无铅接触的乡镇企业124名女工和58名男工作为对照。另外,还调查了1个蓄电池厂附近幼儿园以及距离较远的一年级小学生的情况。调查结果发现铅作业女工的症状高于对照组的女工和铅作业男工。月经不规则接触组为33.5％,对照组为15.3％,两者比较有显著性差别。妊娠结局两组比较无显著性差别。铅作业女工PbB59.0±31.1,FEP279.7±178.6,ZPP326.6±202.4μg/dl,与对照组相比有显著性差别(P<0.05)。铅作业女工FEP显著高于男工.家长在蓄电池厂工作的儿童PbB35.7±18.0,FEP161.2±67.5,ZPP162.7±83.4μg/dl,均显著高于附近幼儿园及小学儿童,表明铅不仅影响到女工本身且影响到其后代。
237 female and 228 male lead workers in townshipowned factories were studied. 124 female and 58 male non-lead exposed workers in the same areas were taken as control. In addition, children in a kindergarten near a battery factory and in a nearby school were also studied for lead exposure.
The result revealed that the exposed female workers complained more subjective symptoms than the female control and male lead workers. The incidences of abnormal menstruation for the exposed and the control group were 33.5 and 15.3% respectively, but no significant difference was found between the two groups in pregnant outcome. PbB, FEP, ZPP for female workers were 59.0±31.1, 279.7±178.6 and 326.6±202.4μg/dl, which were much higher than those of control, PbB, FEP, ZPP for children whose parents worked in a battery factory increased to the levels of 35.7±18.0, 161.2±67.5, 162.7±83.4μg/dl; indicating that not only the workers themselves but also their offsprings were affected by lead exposure.
