摘要
采用平衡振荡实验方法,研究了不同浓度的全氟辛烷磺酸盐(PFOS)对两种有机污染物(硝基苯和菲)在沉积物上吸附的影响.结果表明,单组分PFOS在沉积物上是非线性吸附;与其它有机污染物共存时,随着PFOS浓度的升高,硝基苯的吸附量先减少后增加,而菲的吸附量则先增加后减少.PFOS对其它有机污染物吸附的影响规律与有机污染物的吸附系数有关.PFOS的竞争吸附是使有机污染物吸附量减少的主要原因,PFOS对其它有机污染物吸附的影响是充当有机质增加吸附和竞争降低吸附两种作用叠加的结果.
The influences of perfluorooctane sulfonate(PFOS) on the sorption of two aromatic organic contaminants(nitrobenzene and phenanthrene) were evaluated by batch reactor experiments.Results showed that the sorption of PFOS to sediment is nonlinear.As the concentration of PFOS increased,the sorption capacity of nitrobenzene decreased initially and then increased.In contrast,the sorption of phenanthrene increased first and then decreased.The effect of PFOS on the sorption of other contaminants is dependent on the sorption coefficient of the latter.Competition is the dominant mechanism to reduce the sorption.The effect of PFOS on the sorption of other contaminants on sediment is the result of two mechanism: increasing the organic content to enhance the sorption and competing to reduce the sorption.
