景德镇陶瓷成型粉尘致肺纤维化实验研究

摘要 作者在景德镇陶瓷厂调查中发现,<5μm的陶瓷粉尘中游离SiO_2含量,明显比>5μm的陶瓷粉尘为低。用<5μm的陶瓷粉尘进行大白鼠气管注入染尘实验,结果发现,每鼠50mg陶瓷粉尘的致肺纤维化强度与12.5mg石英粉尘接近。 Authors found that the free silica content in china-clay dust of<5μm was significantly lower than that in>5μm. The experiment was performed on rats by the intratracheally injection of the dust of 5um. The results showed that the intensity of the fibrosis effect of china-clay dust in a dose of 50 mg was approximately equivalent to that of 12.5 mg quartz.
