摘要
低碳经济是一种通过创新提高能源利用效率和创建清洁能源结构以减少温室气体排放的经济形式。低能耗、低排放、低污染的特点使得低碳经济具有极强的可持续性。低碳经济符合生态自然观的基本观点,符合生态学的基本规律,更是生态哲学方法论的应用。低碳经济是人类思维方式从传统仅以人类为中心向以环境整体为中心的转变,这种转变要求生态科学技术的发展、环境伦理学的进步与以低碳文化为中心的生活方式的实现。
The low-carbon economy is an economic model or reducing greenhouse gas emission by innovating the energy efficiency and creating clean energic structure. The features of low power, low emission, and low pollution make the low-carbon economy being a very strong sustainable one. Low-carbon economy accords to ecological-natural view of basic point, to the basic laws of ecology, and it is the application of methodology of ecological philosophy. Low-carbon economy is a shift of the way of thinking from the traditional human-center to environment-center. The shift requires the development of science and technology of ecology, the progress of environmental ethics and the realization of low- carbon cultural way of life as a center.
