摘要
前些年我国软件工作者在ＤＯＳ／Ｗｉｎｄｏｗｓ上开发了一系列中文平台，在操作系统（ＯＳ）方面也自主开发了中文Ｕｎｉｘ，但未实用化，因此，如何摆脱微软在ＯＳ方面的垄断是当务之急。Ｌｉｎｕｘ的崛起是一个机遇，这一开放源码软件具有优越的性能，并得到了全球ＩＴ产业界的支持，有着光明的前景。目前应当抓住这个难得的机遇，在Ｌｉｎｕｘ的基础上发展我国自主的ＯＳ，在开发、销售、服务、培训等等方面全方位地推进这一工作，使我国自主的ＯＳ从服务器领域推广到桌上ＰＣ，直到消费电子产品等领域，逐步掌握我国软件产业的主动权。
In the past years,Chinese software industry has been working hard in developing Chinese platform on DOS/Windows. The effort in developing Chinese Unix was unable to deliver a commercial OS however. Recently Linux has emerged as a competitor to Windows operating system. The open source software has got strong support from numerous IT companies all over the world. Chinese software industry should take the Linux opportunity to develop its own OS business, not only in PC field but also in consumer electronics field.
