摘要
介绍了汕头石大桥钢梁制造采用的几项技术，其中包括U形肋与桥面板的纵向埋弧自动角接焊，腹板与锚管的组装与焊接，箱梁在胎架上的倒位组装与焊接，箱梁段和桥面板段的翻身等．
Several techniques, including the automatic fillet welding with longitudinal submerged are of U-rib and decking,the assembling and welding of the web and anchor pipe,the invered assembling and welding of the box beam on the bed-jig as well as the turning over of the box beam section and decking section etc are intro duced,which are used for the fabrication of the steel beam of the steel beam of Shantou Queshi Bridge.
