摘要
文中首先简要介绍了动力环境监控系统的组成，而后着重从总体架构、各级功能、采集单元选型、视频监控、网络传输和系统软件六个方面完成对动力环境监控系统在固定通信网中应用的设计，并且从硬件和软件两个方面分析了系统性能，最后对动力环境集中监控系统在固定通信网中的应用进行总结。
The structure of centralizing supervision control system of power and environment is introduced in the first place. Then the paper puts forward a complete design of the system, in terms of the collectivity frame, the supervision control system function, the selection of the data collection unit, the video supervision system, the network transmission mode, the software supervision system and so on. The system performance is analyzed from hardware and software aspects. In the end, the paper summarizes the application of the centralizing supervision control system of power and environment in the fixed communication network.
