摘要
本文对两种42CrMoA钢低信点状偏析材料进行了常温等幅低周疲劳与准高周疲劳试验研究。研究表明:两种点状偏析状态的42CrMoA钢均具有循环软化特性;2.5级点状偏析提高了材料的单调与循环应力响应;当△ε/2<1.17%时,25级点状偏析给42CrMoA材料带来了疲劳安全性,这种安全性随应变幅值的减小而趋增大,在准高周疲劳范围,安全储备高达2~3倍。本文基于应力型和应变型疲劳曲线预测能力分析,提出了两种点偏的42CrMoA钢的疲劳试验统一曲线。
<Absttact> In order to investigate the effect of punctate conglomeration in 42CrMoA axle steel on its uniaxial cyclic behavior,a series of fatigue tests were carried out. This paper prasentS two fatigue damage medels for 42CrMoA steel with different conglomeration grades. The results show that the material with 2- 5-grade of punctate conglomeration has better anti-fatigue property than that with O-grade of conglomeration specially in high cycle fatigue range.
