腮腺炎性肌纤维母细胞瘤一例

摘要 1病例介绍患者女,36岁。1个月前发现左侧面部一蚕豆大小包块,质硬,活动度差,无痛,无发热,皮肤表面无红肿破溃,无吞咽困难、饮水呛咳、呼吸困难等症状。半月前外院就诊,行彩色超声检查示：左侧腮腺内可见16mm×6mm实性包块，CT检查示：左腮腺可见2．0cm×1．5cm占位未行治疗。
