摘要 耶氏肺孢子菌(Pneumocystis jeroveci,Pj)感染人体后,可导致肺孢子菌肺炎(Pneumocystispneumonia,PcP)。长期以来,人们将肺孢子菌误认为原虫,将导致人体肺孢子菌肺炎的病原体称为"卡氏肺孢子虫(Pneumocystis carinii)",
