摘要
目的探讨彩超和钼靶X线检查在T1～T3分期的乳腺癌中的诊断价值.方法收集术后病理诊断为T1～T3期乳腺癌的110个病灶,对彩超及钼靶X线的术前诊断结果进行对比分析.结果彩超和钼靶X线对T1～T3期的乳腺癌术前诊断差异无统计学意义.结论彩超和钼靶X线对T1～T3期的乳腺癌具有较高的诊断价值.
Objective To discuss the diagnostic value of color Doppler ulrtrasound and mammography in different stages（T1～T3） of breast cancer.Method 110 breast cancer lesions in T1～T3 stages proved by pathology after operation were collected,and compared with the diagnostic results of color Doppler ulrtrasound and mammography before operation.Result The diagnostic value of color Doppler ulrtrasound and mammography of breast cancer was high and there were no significant differeneces in breast cancer dignosis between them.Conclusion Both color Doppler ulrtrasound and mammography have high diagnostic value for breast cancer.
