小脑性缄默和继发构音障碍综合征 被引量：5

摘要 小脑性缄默是指继发于小脑肿瘤术后的暂时性不能讲话,但发音器官正常,恢复后常伴有构音障碍。本文报道2004年1月至2009年6月收治的8例小脑性缄默症如下：
