回转箱式香菇干燥机的研制 被引量:1

摘要 食用香菇大多是干制品,而干燥设备不同对香菇干制品的品质影响很大。现有香菇干燥机采用单一热源且需要人工全过程控制温度;为保证干燥均匀需要人工经常调换机内香菇位置,因此造成干燥时间长、能耗大、干燥成本高。为解决这一问题设计了香菇干燥机,采用复合热源,半自动控温,香菇在干燥过程中保持相对运动。经实际生产试验证明,设计达到预期目标。 Lentinus edodes is kept in dried state, but the quality of lentinus edodes is affected by equipment. Only one heating sources is used for drying lentinus edodes, the temperature is controlled by hand in drying process and the place of lentinus edodes must be changed for a homogeneous product of lentinus edodes nowadays. So the drying process is a longer drying time, higher energy consumption and greater cost. For solving this problem, a prototype of drier was designed, which used more than one kind of heating sources and semi automatic controlling temperature and the disk with lentinus edodes rotated during drying process. The prototype attained the goal of design through drying production of lentinus edodes.
