摘要
对不同生长调节物质对河套蜜瓜器官培养的影响进行了研究。结果表明:1通过子叶培养形成活力最强愈伤组织培养基是 M S 附加 N A A2 m g/l+ B A3 mg/l;2通过腋芽培养诱导优质嫩茎形成的最佳培养基是 M S 附加 I A A1 .0 mg/l+ B A1 .0 mg/l;3对促进根分化和根长势最适培养基是 M S附加 N A A1 .0 m g/l ;4对促进子叶培养和腋芽培养的最适温度是25 ℃。
Effects of different growth regulator on organ culture of Cucumis melo var. cantalupensis Naut were studied.The results showed:1.By cotyledon culture,the medium for forming callus with greatest activety is MS supplemented with 2mg/l NAA+3mg/l BA;2.By axillary bud culture,the optimal for inducing the formetion of young stem is MS supplemented with 1.0mg/l+1.0 mg/BA;3.The optimal medium for promoting differentiation and growth of root is MS supplemented with 1.0mg/lNAA;4.The optimal temperature for cotyledon and axiltary bud culture was 25℃.
