回回蒜子正丁醇部位化学成分研究 被引量:11

摘要 目的对中草药回回蒜子(Rannunculus chinensis Bunge)的正丁醇部位进行化学成分研究。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱和制备薄层等方法进行分离纯化,根据波谱数据和理化性质进行结构鉴定。结果分离鉴定出9个单体化合物,分别为:对羟基苯甲酸(1)、咖啡酸(2)、tachioside(3)、蛇床子素(4)、蒽醌(5)、大黄素(6)、1,7-二羟基-6-甲氧基-2-甲基蒽醌(7)、β豆甾醇(8)和熊果酸(9)。结论化合物3、4、5、7为首次从回回蒜子中分离得到。[ Objective To investigate the chemical constituents in the n-butanol extract of Rannunculus chinensis Bunge.Methods The compounds were isolated by column chromatography on silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 coupled with preparative silica gel TLC.Their structures were elucidated on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectral data.Results Nine compounds were isolated from this extract and their structures were identified as p-hydroxybenzoic acid(1),caffeic acid(2),tachioside(3),osthole(4),anthraquinone(5),emodin(6),1,7-dihydroxy-6-methoxy-2-methylanthraquinone(7),β-stigmasterol(8)and ursolic acid(9).Conclusion Compounds 3、4、5、7 were obtained from this plant for the first time.
