摘要
用偏光显微镜对聚丙(烯PP)结晶形态及球晶尺寸进行了表征,并通过差示扫描量热(法DSC)分析了PP熔融及结晶过程的结晶度、熔融峰值、结晶峰值、结晶峰宽度。结果表明:随α成核剂用量的增加,PP的透光率、拉伸强度及弹性模量增强,冲击强度和断裂伸长率下降。
The crystal morphology and spherulite size of PP were characterized by PLM.The crystallinity,melting peak temperature,crystallization peak temperature and the width of crystallization peak were analyzed by DSC.The results show that with the increase of α nucleating agent content,the light transmittance rate,tensile strenght and elastic modulus of PP increase,while the impact strength and elongation at break of PP decrease.
