摘要
目的探讨中医攻邪扶正治疗慢性乙肝的临床疗效。方法将46例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各组23例。治疗组在中医药辨证诊治基础上适当加用西药,对照治疗以西药护肝、降酶为主。结果治疗组临床痊愈19例,有效4例;对照组临床痊愈10例,有效12例,无效1例,经统计学分析两者有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论中医攻邪扶正法治疗是遵循慢性乙肝发病过程而制定的,故疗效显著。
Objective To investigate the clinical healing effect on treatment of chronic B by dispelling exogenous pathogen and supporting body resistance. Methods There were 46 patients had been divided into treatment group and control group randomly,every group including 23 cases respectively. Treatment group had been treated by syndrome diagnosis and treatment used traditional Chinese medicine added with Western medicine,as well as control group had been treated by liver-protecting with Western medicine and reducing enzymes. Results 19 cases have been cured in treatment group,at the same time 4 cases have been indicated efficacy. There was 10 cases have been cured in control group,following with 12 cases shown effective and 1 case has been proved ineffective. It is P〈0.01 analyzing by statistics. Conclusion The significant curative effect has been achieved in the clinical treatment of chronic B by dispelling exogenous pathogen and supporting body resistance, because this method had been abided by the process of chronic B.
